Inspiration for this landing page concept of course struck around Halloween, but my ultimate intention was to create a design that would appeal to puppy owners year round. I therefore opted for a clean, neutral design and avoiding specific seasonal colour schemes and motifs.
Attract the eye to the main product - the puppy costumes - while maintaining sufficient visual weight on the call to actions. Keep a clean neutrality coupled with a playful font to manifest a light-hearted professionalism for higher-end buyers. Avoid use of Halloween-specific colours in order to convey the product as non-seasonal.
